88com Terms and Conditions – Know Your Rights & Rules

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the 88com website, mobile site and all related services operated under the domain 88com.click ("the Platform"). By accessing or using any part of 88com, you enter into a legally binding agreement with us.

You must be at least 18 years of age and physically located in a jurisdiction where online betting is lawful for you personally in order to use 88com. • You must not be a professional athlete, official, referee or anyone in a position of direct influence over an event on which 88com offers betting markets.
• You must not be registered as a self-excluded user on any gaming platform, including under 88com's own self-exclusion programme.
• You must not be an employee, contractor or close family member of an 88com employee who has access to non-public platform information.

88com conducts age and identity verification using CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) data. Providing false information during verification is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of any balance.

Each individual is permitted to hold one 88com account only. Creating multiple accounts — whether using different mobile numbers, email addresses, payment methods or devices — is strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are identified, 88com will close all but the original, and any winnings or bonuses accumulated across duplicate accounts may be voided.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current and complete information. You are responsible for keeping your account details — including your mobile number, password and payment information — up to date. If your contact information changes, update it in your account settings promptly.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 88com login credentials. Do not share your username or password with anyone. 88com will never ask for your password via chat, email or phone. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact our support team immediately.

88com reserves the right to request identity documents, proof of address or proof of payment method ownership at any time. Failure to provide these documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension until verification is complete.

88com accepts deposits via the following Pakistani payment methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards. All account transactions on 88com are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).

Minimum deposit: Rs 200. There is no maximum single deposit, though your chosen payment provider may have its own transaction limits. 88com charges no fees on deposits. Deposits made via Easypaisa and JazzCash are credited to your 88com wallet instantly. IBFT and card deposits may take up to 30 minutes depending on the processing bank.

• You may only deposit funds from payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• Deposited funds must be used for genuine betting and gaming activity. Funds deposited with no genuine intent to play may be subject to review.
• 88com does not accept cash deposits under any circumstances.
• All deposits are subject to 88com's anti-money laundering verification procedures. We may request source-of-funds documentation for large deposits.

Withdrawals from your 88com account are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, where technically possible. This is a standard anti-fraud measure and not a restriction on your access to your funds.

Minimum withdrawal: Rs 500. 88com charges zero fees on all withdrawals. Processing times by method:

• Easypaisa / JazzCash: Typically 5–15 minutes after approval
• NayaPay / SadaPay: Typically 10–30 minutes after approval
• IBFT Bank Transfer: 30 minutes to 4 hours depending on receiving bank

Withdrawal requests are reviewed and approved by our payments team. 88com commits to approving all legitimate withdrawal requests within 24 hours of submission. If your withdrawal has not been processed within this window, please contact support.

88com reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending investigation if there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, bonus abuse, or a breach of these Terms. We will communicate the reason and expected timeline to the account holder in all such cases.

88com regularly offers bonuses, free spins and promotional offers to registered players. Each promotion has its own specific terms — including wagering requirements, eligible games, time limits and minimum odds restrictions — which are published alongside the promotion itself. These bonus-specific terms take precedence over this general section in the event of any conflict.

General bonus conditions that apply to all 88com promotions unless otherwise stated:

• Wagering requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they or any winnings derived from them can be withdrawn. The standard wagering requirement on 88com is stated clearly in each promotion.
• One bonus per household: Only one account per household may claim any given promotion. Creating additional accounts to claim bonuses multiple times is bonus abuse and will result in all accounts being closed.
• Eligible games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%; sports bets, live casino and certain other game categories may contribute at a lower percentage or not at all. This will be specified per promotion.
• Expiry: Bonus funds not wagered within the stated promotional period are forfeited automatically.
• Maximum withdrawal from bonus: Some promotions cap the amount you can withdraw from bonus-derived winnings. This cap, if applicable, will always be clearly stated in the promotion terms.

All sports bets placed on 88com are subject to the following general rules, alongside any sport-specific or market-specific rules published within the sports betting section of the Platform.

• Bet confirmation: A bet is only valid once you have received a confirmed bet slip reference from 88com. Bets shown as "pending" have not yet been confirmed.
• Odds: Odds are subject to change up to the point of bet confirmation. The odds shown on your confirmed bet slip are the odds that apply to your bet — regardless of any subsequent movement.
• Obvious errors: If 88com posts manifestly incorrect odds due to a technical error, we reserve the right to void bets placed on those odds and return stakes. "Manifestly incorrect" means a price so far removed from the true market price that no reasonable person could have believed it to be genuine.
• Match abandoned or postponed: If a sports event is abandoned before the minimum required time has elapsed (as specified per sport), bets will generally be voided and stakes returned. If a match is postponed and rescheduled within 48 hours, bets typically stand.
• Live betting: In-play bets are accepted subject to market availability. 88com may suspend in-play markets at any time without notice during periods of match delays, unclear scorecard situations or data feed issues.
• Maximum payout: The maximum single-bet payout on 88com sports markets is Rs 10,000,000. Parlay/accumulator maximum payouts are stated separately in the sports betting section.

All casino games, slots, crash games and other gaming products available on 88com use certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) or provably fair algorithms provided by licensed third-party game studios including but not limited to NetEnt, Pragmatic Play, Microgaming, Play'n GO, Spribe and BTG. 88com does not modify, influence or control the outcome of any third-party game.

• Return to Player (RTP): Published RTP percentages for each game are long-run theoretical values provided by the game developer. Individual session results will always differ from the published RTP. 88com displays RTP figures in good faith as provided by the developer — we are not responsible for discrepancies between published and actual short-term RTP.
• Technical faults: In the event of a disconnection or technical fault mid-game, the game will typically resume from its last saved state when you reconnect. If a game state cannot be recovered, the round will be voided and your stake returned. Winnings from already-completed rounds are unaffected.
• Aviator and crash games: These games use Spribe's provably fair algorithm. Each round's outcome is verifiably random. Attempting to manipulate or predict outcomes through software, bots or external tools is a breach of these Terms and will result in account closure.

• Placing bets on events in which you have insider information or a direct conflict of interest

All content on the 88com Platform — including but not limited to text, images, logos, graphics, interface design, software code, game content licensed from third-party providers, and the 88com brand itself — is owned by or licensed to 88com and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the 88com Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not:

• Reproduce, copy, distribute or republish any part of 88com content without prior written consent
• Use the 88com name, logo or brand in any commercial context or in a way that implies endorsement without consent
• Frame, mirror or scrape 88com content for any purpose
• Decompile, reverse-engineer or attempt to extract the source code of any 88com software

88com's liability to you is limited to the extent permitted by applicable law. In particular:

• 88com is not liable for any losses you incur as a result of gambling activity on the Platform beyond refunding any amount incorrectly charged due to a Platform error.
• 88com is not liable for losses arising from temporary Platform unavailability, scheduled maintenance or unforeseen technical outages. We maintain a 99.9% uptime commitment but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service.
• 88com is not responsible for your internet connection, device performance or any third-party service between you and our Platform.
• 88com is not liable for any indirect, consequential, special or punitive damages of any kind arising from use of the Platform.

Nothing in these Terms limits 88com's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability which cannot be excluded or limited under Pakistani law.

Your privacy matters to us. 88com collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions by reference. By using 88com, you consent to the collection, processing and storage of your personal data as described in that policy.

Key data principles at 88com:

• We collect only the data necessary to operate your account, process payments, verify your identity and comply with legal obligations.
• Your personal data is never sold to third parties. It is shared with payment processors, KYC verification services and regulatory authorities only where necessary and lawful.
• We use SSL encryption and secure data storage practices. Card payment data is never stored on our own servers.
• You have the right to request access to, correction of or deletion of your personal data, subject to our legal retention obligations.

88com reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. These Terms and your use of 88com are governed by applicable law. Any dispute arising from your use of 88com should first be raised with our customer support team, who will attempt to resolve it promptly and fairly. 88com is committed to transparent, good-faith resolution of all player complaints.

If you have a complaint about a specific bet settlement, game outcome or payment issue:

1. Contact 88com support via live chat with your account details and a description of the issue.
2. If unresolved within 5 business days, you may escalate the matter in writing to support@88com.click, marked "Formal Complaint."
3. 88com commits to providing a final written response to formal complaints within 14 business days.

These Terms do not affect any statutory rights you may have as a consumer under applicable Pakistani law.
